6zzz ("we", "our", "platform") is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 6zzz website and all of its services.

6zzz may request the necessary documents to verify your identity at any time. We reserve the right to suspend withdrawals until identity verification is complete. In the case of providing false information, the account will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our customer service team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw all valid balances before the account is closed, however wagering conditions will still apply to any bonus balance.

3.1 Deposit Methods

6zzz accepts deposits through the most widely used mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. Fast and secure transactions are ensured across all methods.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.

3.3 Currency & Fees

6zzz conducts all transactions entirely in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). There are currently no processing fees for deposits or withdrawals, however your mobile banking provider's own charges may apply.

Wagering conditions must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering calculation is based only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

• Wagering Requirement: 25 times the bonus amount.
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering counts only for specific games; some games do not contribute to wagering.
• Wagering conditions must be met within 30 days of receiving the bonus, otherwise the bonus will be cancelled.

4.3 General Promotion Rules

• Multiple members of the same household may not claim the same bonus more than once.
• In the event of bonus abuse, the account may be closed and the bonus forfeited.
• 6zzz reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• If any discrepancy arises in meeting promotion conditions, 6zzz's decision will be considered final.

Active members in the 6zzz VIP Program receive weekly cashback benefits. The program is divided into five tiers, and you are promoted based on your gaming activity. The details of each tier are as follows:

VIP tier promotion depends on your consistent gaming activity. Cashback is automatically added to your account every week and can be withdrawn without any separate wagering conditions.

6.1 General Gaming Policy

• All game outcomes are determined by a reliable Random Number Generator (RNG) system, which ensures fairness.
• If a technical error occurs during a game, the bet for that round will be cancelled and refunded.
• Exploiting any software error or bug for advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.
• Playing using multiple accounts or collusion (coordinated cheating) is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

• All bets cannot be changed or cancelled once they are finalised.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, that bet will be cancelled and the original stake returned.
• 6zzz reserves the right to set betting limits for any match or event.
• Bets placed on clearly incorrect odds may be cancelled.

6.3 Live Casino

Live casino games are played with real-time dealers. In the event of a disconnection, your bet will remain valid for that round and will be settled according to the outcome. 6zzz is not responsible for any loss caused by internet connection or device issues.

If you engage in any of the following activities, 6zzz will immediately close your account, forfeit all bonuses and winnings, and take legal action if necessary:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Opening an account with a false identity or fraudulent information.
• Using software bots, scripts, or automated tools.
• Placing bets using third-party funds or on behalf of third parties.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving inappropriately toward other players or platform staff.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.

These terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy together form the entire agreement between you and 6zzz. Any prior oral or written understandings are replaced by this agreement.
